A custom CRM built around your business

Customer details, conversation history and tasks scattered across spreadsheets and email? We build a CRM around your workflow, from the first enquiry through quoting to order handling.

Let’s talk
Customers and sales in one place

What your custom CRM can include

Choose the features your team needs. Start with customer records and one workflow, then develop the system in stages.

01 // Customers

Customer records and contact history

Company information, contacts, notes and agreements in one customer record. We define the fields you need and rules for avoiding duplicates.

02 // Sales

Stages that follow your workflow

From a new enquiry through quoting to delivery. Statuses, required information and allowed transitions follow the way your business works.

03 // Tasks

Tasks and reminders

Assignments, deadlines and clear next steps help your team maintain continuity. Together we agree responsibilities and notification rules.

04 // Quotes

Documents connected to the customer

Quotes, attachments and document templates can use information already in the system. Generation and approval rules are agreed for your project.

05 // Integrations

Connections to your existing tools

Website forms, email, invoicing and other tools can exchange data with the CRM. We first check their technical capabilities and data access.

06 // Team

Role-based access and reports

Sales, operations and management may need different views. We agree access rules, change history and useful reports.

An existing CRM or a custom system?

An existing product can be a good choice when its features and configuration fit your business. A custom CRM can make sense when important stages, documents or integrations require constant workarounds across tools and spreadsheets.
We first define requirements and check whether available solutions can meet them. A custom build needs a clear business scope. This service covers dedicated CRM development; configuring or integrating an existing product is scoped separately.

Building the first version

  1. Understand customer handling. Define stages, information, documents and responsibilities.
  2. Choose the initial features. Separate what the team needs to start working from later development.
  3. Design views and permissions. Review how users receive enquiries, change stages and find information.
  4. Build and test. Check workflow rules, data access and agreed integrations.
  5. Migrate and launch. Run a trial import, verify the result and introduce the team to the system.

Migrating customer records from Excel

We review spreadsheets or exports from existing tools and agree field mapping, duplicate handling and information that needs cleaning. A trial import makes it possible to check the data before work begins in the new CRM.
The scope of contact history and attachment migration depends on the available data and export capabilities of your current tools. We agree it before estimating the migration.

Connecting the CRM to your other tools

A website enquiry can become a customer record, while an approved quote can start the next stage of delivery. We choose methods for exchanging information with email, invoicing and other tools after checking their capabilities.

Pricing, maintenance and further development

The cost depends on features, user roles, data migration and connections to other systems. Our price list shows starting rates for selected tools; a custom CRM is estimated individually.
Before work begins we agree ownership of code and data, deployment, backups and maintenance. Further development can follow in stages, informed by the people using the system.

Frequently asked questions

When should I choose an existing CRM or a custom system?
An existing CRM may be enough when its features and configuration fit your process. A custom system can make sense for unusual stages, documents and integrations. We first compare your requirements with available solutions.
Can customer data be migrated from Excel?
Yes, after checking data structure and quality. We agree field mapping, duplicate handling and a trial import. The result is verified before your team starts working in the new system.
Will every employee see all customer information?
Not necessarily. Roles and permissions follow team responsibilities. The system can restrict access to selected customers, documents or features. Access rules are part of the project scope.
