Business process automation

Copying orders between tools, preparing reports by hand or collecting information from several spreadsheets? We organise recurring tasks and connect your systems so your team can focus on customers.

Let’s talk
Recurring work under control

Tasks we can help automate

The scope depends on your actual workflow and the capabilities of your tools. The first implementation can cover a single task.

01 // Data

Data exchange between tools

Send orders, enquiries and status changes to the right system without entering the same information twice. We check available APIs and other exchange methods.

02 // Documents

Documents and quotes from existing data

Customer details and selected parameters can populate a document or PDF quote. Together we decide which data to use and when approval is required.

03 // Orders

Enquiries and workflow stages

Organise the steps from receiving a request to assignment, approval and completion. The system can pass tasks on according to agreed rules.

04 // Reports

Reports without manually combining spreadsheets

Collect data from agreed sources and prepare recurring reports. Your team can see the reporting period and check the information.

05 // Notifications

Reminders at the right time

A status change, deadline or missing field can trigger a notification. Recipients, channels and frequency follow the needs of your process.

06 // Exceptions

Error checks and human decisions

Not every case should run automatically. We agree validation rules, retries and the point at which an employee needs to make a decision.

How an automation project works

We start with the way you work today. You do not need a finished specification: describe the task, the tools involved and the cases that need a human decision.
  1. Map the process. Identify inputs, steps, exceptions and the people responsible for the result.
  2. Choose the first scope. Decide what runs automatically and what still needs approval.
  3. Build and test. Check the normal workflow, invalid data, unavailable systems and repeated operations.
  4. Launch and hand over. Agree how to check operation, report problems and maintain the workflow.

Automation does not always need a new system

Sometimes connecting two existing tools or building a small utility is enough. Other processes need a dedicated dashboard. The choice follows the task, technical capabilities and your team’s workflow.
Explore system and API integrations and custom business software. When the task involves selecting parameters and calculating a quote, a product configurator may be a suitable solution.

Example: from selecting components to a PDF quote

Our machine configurator for the printing industry connects the selection of a machine and accessories with generating a PDF quote. It shows how part of a quoting process can move into a tool available on a website.
Your implementation is scoped separately. We do not assume a particular time saving in advance; the way results are measured depends on the task.

What determines the cost of automation

Pricing depends on the number of steps and connected systems, API access, data quality and exception handling. Monitoring and maintenance requirements also affect the scope.
See the price list for starting rates. Before work begins we agree the scope and price of the first implementation and the terms of ongoing support. Further stages can follow after the first workflow has been evaluated.

Frequently asked questions

Can we start with one process?
Yes. We choose a recurring task and define its inputs, rules and expected output. The first implementation can cover one workflow, with further stages added as needed.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
Not necessarily. We first check your current tools, their APIs and available import and export methods. This helps us choose a connection method or the scope of an additional tool.
What happens if the automation encounters an error?
Before launch we agree validation, retry and notification rules. Some exceptions require a human decision. Monitoring and maintenance are defined as part of the implementation scope.
