BaseLinker, API and online store integrations

We connect APIs, BaseLinker, shops, payment gateways, couriers and ERP systems. Remove manual data entry and operational delays.

// Fault-tolerant architecture

API integration reliability, security and monitoring

We design data flows around resilience, security and continuous observability.

01 // Reliable flow

Fault tolerance and retry policies

When a courier or ERP API is unavailable, the queue retries at increasing intervals. Idempotency helps avoid duplicates, while event records let you trace the flow.

02 // Integrity & security

Secure keys and encrypted communication

API keys belong in secret stores. HMAC signatures verify webhook origins, and encrypted connections protect data between systems.

03 // Continuous observation

Monitoring with Slack and SMS alerts

Expired tokens, sync failures and stalled queues should not go unnoticed. Monitoring detects anomalies and sends useful context to your team.

Let’s discuss your system integrations

Describe the systems that cause problems or require manual copying. We will review their APIs and suggest an integration plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect the software used by my business?
Yes, where technically possible. We check available APIs, existing integrations and other ways to exchange data, then recommend the most suitable solution.
I do not know whether my software has an API, or I know it has none. Is integration possible?
It depends. The absence of an API, plugins or other integration tools does not automatically rule it out. We can review the documentation, test the software and recommend the best available approach.
Can you connect a shop to sales and warehouse systems?
Yes. We can plan how data flows between systems. Products, stock levels, prices and orders can move between connected applications within the scope agreed for your sales or production process.
Will data synchronise automatically?
Yes. Depending on what the systems support, synchronisation can run on a schedule, after a particular event or on demand.
What happens if an integration stops working?
Integration operations are monitored. If something does not work as it should, the user is the first to know.
