Q&A

Frequently asked questions

Answers about working together, websites, shops and solutions for your business.

General questions

Do I need to know exactly what I need?
No. You can simply describe your problem: ‘I have a process and would like it to work faster.’ That is enough to start a conversation.
Do you only work in Wrocław?
No. We can deliver projects remotely for clients anywhere in Poland.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. If you need a small tool, form, automation or website, you do not need a project worth hundreds of thousands of złoty.
What does a 12-month warranty mean?
If a technology we developed or recommended fails to work as agreed, or stops working altogether, we will propose a solution at no additional charge within 24 hours.
Does your price list guarantee the final amount?
Our price list gives starting prices. In the vast majority of projects, those are also the amounts on the final invoice. Different final prices apply to exceptional cases, such as marketplace integrations involving hundreds of thousands of products with many variants, rather than a few dozen products. For websites, a comparable exception would be a project with close to a hundred pages.
Do you only work remotely?
We mainly work remotely, which lets us serve clients across Poland. For implementations, training or initial audits, especially those involving physical production processes, we also visit clients in person. Some things simply work better face to face.
Can we develop the solution in stages?
Yes. We recommend this particularly for larger projects. It lets you see and test individual components relatively quickly while keeping the system open to further additions.
Do you also provide maintenance after launch?
Yes. In addition to the warranty specified in the project agreement, we offer a range of maintenance services for both our own and existing IT solutions. These services are always covered by a separate agreement.

Websites

Do you only build websites?
No. Websites are just one of our services. We also build shops, configurators, applications, internal tools, automations and integrations.
Can you improve an existing website or system?
Yes. Starting from scratch is not always necessary. We can analyse your existing solution and see what can be improved, extended or automated.
How long does it take to build a website?
A single-page business website takes around 5–10 working days. A company website with several or a dozen or so pages takes around 2–3 weeks. The timeline usually depends directly on when the website content is supplied or created.
Do content updates require additional services?
No. We build the website for you, and you can manage its content, photos and appearance through an intuitive content management system (CMS). Updating your website should be as simple as posting on social media.
I have a website but want to refresh it. Can you help?
Yes. We can modernise your website and advise on the scope of work. If improving the existing website would take more time and money than building it again, we will tell you before we start.
Who owns the website, domain and hosting?
That depends on the agreement. You can have full ownership and control of all of them; after handover, we may no longer have access. Alternatively, we can handle the technical administration under a subscription agreement.
Will the website work on phones?
Yes. We provide mobile and desktop versions as standard.

Shops and product catalogs

Can you connect a shop to Allegro, Amazon, Kaufland and similar marketplaces?
Yes, where the available technical solutions allow it. We can connect your shop to marketplaces to reduce manual management of listings, orders and stock levels.
Can prices and stock levels synchronise automatically?
Yes. We can design synchronisation between supported systems so that price and availability changes are transferred automatically. The exact scope and frequency depend on the available integrations.
Can you support products with many variants?
Yes. We can organise products with different sizes, colours, bundles and other attributes. We design the catalog structure so it can grow with your range.
Can order processing be automated?
Yes. We can connect your shop to other tools your business uses to reduce manual copying of orders, status updates and preparation of shipping data.

Configurators

What can a product configurator do?
A configurator lets your customer choose product or service parameters, see the result and, if included in the requirements, check the price or send a quote request.
Can a configurator calculate prices automatically?
Yes. That is a core purpose of this kind of configurator. A well-designed configurator calculates the price and prevents human errors, such as overlooking a material or component that contributes to the finished product and its cost.
Can options depend on one another?
Yes. Choosing one variant can restrict available extras or change subsequent steps and options. This prevents customers from ordering something that cannot be manufactured or obtained from your supplier.
Can you connect a configurator to my website or system?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. Components we have delivered are designed to work with our future solutions. We can also analyse your existing website or system and assess the integration options.

Operational tools

Can you automate something I currently do in Excel?
Quite possibly. Excel itself is not the problem. The problem is when a person manually repeats tasks every day that a computer could do for them.
Can a new tool replace Excel spreadsheets without losing data?
Yes. Even if your spreadsheet is struggling and frustrating everyone, its data is likely invaluable. A new system is of limited use without the knowledge and data your team has built up. We take particular care to let you keep doing your work more easily, comfortably and safely.
Can several people use the tool?
Yes. Anyone you authorise can use it. You can manage who has access, grant it to new people and revoke it when necessary. You also decide their permission levels: not everyone needs to see everything.

Integrations

Can you connect the software used by my business?
Yes, where technically possible. We check available APIs, existing integrations and other ways to exchange data, then recommend the most suitable solution.
I do not know whether my software has an API, or I know it has none. Is integration possible?
It depends. The absence of an API, plugins or other integration tools does not automatically rule it out. We can review the documentation, test the software and recommend the best available approach.
Can you connect a shop to sales and warehouse systems?
Yes. We can plan how data flows between systems. Products, stock levels, prices and orders can move between connected applications within the scope agreed for your sales or production process.
Will data synchronise automatically?
Yes. Depending on what the systems support, synchronisation can run on a schedule, after a particular event or on demand.
What happens if an integration stops working?
Integration operations are monitored. If something does not work as it should, the user is the first to know.
